Auckland Adventures Week 13: Museum and Zoo

This week was culture week.

First, we went to visit the Auckland Museum, which is not only a war memorial museum but also covers history and science. And it's free to Auckland residents, which we are :)

Obviously, we couldn't miss the dinosaurs

They also have a "Weird and wonderful" kids play area, which was full of kids and things to touch and play with and look at. Drew liked the bug-shaped chew toys :)

Strangely, there wasn't a line at the cannon.

Next, the Zoo, where we met some of Lizzy's work friends but didn't take any people photos...

There was an Australian exhibit and we got close to the sheep-eating Kea. He didn't eat anyone.
